The house was designed as an ideal starter home for a young family. Its location in a beautiful and peaceful area of the village of Mala Paka, with excellent accessibility to Bratislava, provides excellent living conditions. The main goal of the project was to create a clear separation between the night and day areas to achieve an intimate atmosphere and establish a distinct, independent zone. This goal was successfully achieved by placing the bedrooms on the second floor. This way, an oasis of peace and privacy was created, where the family can relax and recharge. The first floor accommodates the space for daily activities, such as a living room connected to a dining area and kitchen. This open concept creates an open-space atmosphere that promotes a smooth flow and communication among family members. Thanks to the high ceilings, the space feels airy and spacious, adding to the sense of comfort. On the second floor, there are two children's rooms and one master bedroom with its own wardrobe and bathroom facilities. This allows each family member to have their own personal space and privacy, which is highly important for a young family. Each children's room offers enough space for play and learning, while the parents' bedroom is designed to provide comfort and relaxation. Overall, this house is thoughtfully designed, considering the needs of a young family. Its location, functional layout, and aesthetic design make it an ideal place to start a new chapter in life.
